Returns & Replacements
We stand behind every can we send out, so if your delivery is missing shows up with leaking or punctured cans, please contact us at info@enjoycomma.com.
We do not, however, guarantee that your personal preferences will be satisfied by our products and cannot issue refunds or replacements based on personal taste or any reason other than damaged or missing deliveries as described below.
About Dented Cans
Sometimes dents happen during the journey from our facility to your doorstep. As long as a can isn’t leaking, it’s still safe (and delicious) to enjoy. We do not issue refunds or replacements for dented cans.
Damaged Deliveries
If you end up with damaged cans that are punctured, here’s how we’ll take care of you:
- More than 4 cans damaged: We’ll send you replacements.
- 3 cans or fewer: We’ll issue you a store credit per can toward your next order.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@enjoycomma.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged items, and we’ll handle the rest. Incomplete claims or claims submitted after the 7-day window may be denied at our discretion.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees under any circumstances.
Missing Deliveries
If your package is marked “delivered” but nowhere to be found, give it 24 hours – it might still be making its way to you. After that window, but within 7 days of the expected delivery date, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll help track it down or issue a replacement or refund. Claims for missing deliveries submitted after 7 days may be denied at our discretion.

Force Majeure
Comma is not responsible for refunds due to delays or losses resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, carrier delays, or other force majeure events.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Refunds and credits are issued in accordance with the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
