Welcome to Comma Brewing! This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and governs all product shipments and deliveries. By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to these terms.

Age Verification

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase our beverages.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase and consume beverages in your jurisdiction.
• We comply with all state and local regulations. Age verification may be required upon delivery and a valid government-issued ID must be presented to the carrier. 
• If required, failure to provide age verification will result in your package being returned to us, and you will be responsible for return shipping charges of $10.00 and a restocking fee of $5, subject to change by the Company upon notice to you.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Standard processing time is 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
• Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.

Our shipping options are defined as follows:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-7 business days after processing

Priority Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing

• 12-pack: $12.99 Standard | $15.99 Priority 
• 18-pack: $15.99 Standard | $20.99 Priority 
• 24-Pack+: FREE Standard | $25.99 Priority 
• Enjoy free Standard shipping on all orders over $90 (This offer applies to shipments within the U.S.)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method. 

We are not responsible for damage or loss once the package is in the carrier's possession.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.

State Restrictions:

Due to changing state and local regulations, we cannot ship products containing regulated products to certain states.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction at our discretion.

Failed Deliveries and Refused Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information provided by you, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will be subject to the same fees as refused shipments.

If you would like your order reshipped after a failed delivery, you will be responsible for paying shipping charges again. Please contact us to arrange reshipment.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipment by the carrier.

Damaged or Missing Products Claims

Please see our Refund Policy for information regarding submitting claims for damaged or missing products. Send all claim information to info@enjoycomma.com.

Claims submitted after the 14-day window may not be honored.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delays.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which you agree to by placing an order for products.

Governing Law 

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. By making a purchase, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts having jurisdiction over Chaffee County, Colorado.

This policy and all shipping options and prices are subject to change at our discretion due to fluctuating shipping costs and market conditions. We will notify you if this Shipping Policy or our rates change prior to your next purchase, however, it is your responsibility to check this Shipping Policy periodically and stay informed about our shipping policies.
